Job DescriptionTo effectively interface with the patients and their attendants / visitors/ and

service user area heads.
- Br sensitive to the needs & allergies that a patient / attendant has
- To demonstrate ability to follow systems and procedures for F&B

department, prepare the relevant documents and sheets

related to diets of patients correctly
- Attend the patient & recommend diet to them according to ailment
- Provide expert guidance and educate patients on various kinds of diet
- To prepare diet chart for In patients
- Responsible for quality of Food and & make improvements as and when

required
- To keep track of progress of patient and change diet chart accordingly
- Ensure high standards of Sanitation & Hygiene
- Ensure proper follow through of all cyclic menus.
- Ensures quality check from raw materials to finished products
- Cordial Relationship with vendor staff
- Quality Check on Vendors
- Active involvement in CME’s
- Mentor’s Subordinates
- Provide Training to Vendor Staff
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies.
- To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
- To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
- To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
- To Comply with patient safety policy
- To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system
