**Job Summary**:
The MIS cum Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing business data to provide actionable insights and ensure smooth coordination with key accounts. This role involves creating and maintaining MIS reports, analyzing trends, handling key client accounts, and ensuring the effective implementation of strategies for client satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities:MIS Management**:

- Create, update, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect and verify data for MIS purposes.
- Ensure data security and accuracy while managing databases.

**Key Account Management**:

- Act as a single point of contact for assigned key accounts to address their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and track sales performance for key accounts, ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on commitments made to key accounts.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations for key account reviews and strategy meetings.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Support sales and operations teams with data-driven insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities relevant to key accounts.
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation for key accounts if required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in MIS reporting and/or key account management, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Pay: ₹11,608.59 - ₹20,000.00 per month
