- Broad Function:
We are seeking an experienced and creative **Graphic Designer,** who will be responsible for translating conceptual ideas into engaging visual assets. You’ll collaborate with various teams to create compelling designs that align with our/ Client’s brand identity system and effectively communicate our message to the audiences.
- Roles And Responsibilities:
- Create impactful, cohesive, and aesthetically pleasing communication materials in various formats for publishing on digital, and print, platforms.
- Design marketing collaterals, including but not limited to, web pages, banners, infographics, technical diagrams, e-books, newsletters, brochures & flyers, case studies, social media posts, backdrops, standees, and MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collaterals and designs outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into development processes.
- Effectively utilize design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.).
- Collaborate across teams to create impactful designs for promotional campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Key Skills Required For The Role:
- A creative mindset and demonstrable experience as a creative Graphic designer.
- A good sense of design for marketing is a must.
- Proficiency in Graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (must have AdobeXD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with using Canva, Midjourney and other generative AI tools to increase productivity in design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into designs.
- Experience of working in a B2B marketing environment for IT/technology companies will be preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and calmly handle competing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Well-versed with design trends.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of works (as mentioned above), creativity, and originality
