Admissions & Academic Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and approachable Academic & Admissions Coordinator to support the school’s admissions process and ensure smooth communication between parents, students, and the school team. This role involves guiding parents through the admission journey, addressing their academic queries, and presenting the school’s programs confidently. The Coordinator will also assist in academic planning, data management, and coordination with teachers to maintain high academic standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Parent Interaction & Admissions Support**:
- Meet and engage with prospective parents, understand their concerns, and explain the school’s academic programs, teaching methods, and co-curricular offerings.
- Conduct school tours and presentations to showcase the academic strengths of the school.
- Follow up with prospective parents to support admission conversion.
- **Academic Coordination**:
- Coordinate with teachers and academic heads to stay updated about curriculum plans, achievements, and events to present them effectively to parents.
- Support academic events such as parent orientations, open houses, and workshops.
- Maintain academic records and share required updates with the management and admissions team.
- **Communication & Reporting**:
- Prepare and share reports on admission enquiries, conversions, and parent feedback.
- Act as a bridge between parents and the academic team to resolve queries.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in documentation related to admissions and academic coordination.
- Support the school’s marketing and outreach efforts by participating in admission campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
