**Key Responsibilities:1. Creatives Management**:

- Design and curate **month-wise creatives** reflecting school initiatives, important days, and festivals.
- Develop promotional creatives such as:

- **Admission Open** campaigns
- **Flexes** for school events
- **Student achievements**:

- Collaborate on the creation of:

- **Monthly Newsletters**:

- **Event Invites, Standees, Banners, Signages**:

- **Printable materials for various functions**:

- Contribute to the **School Magazine**, **Fledglings**, and **Annual Function Invitations**.

**2. Photography Oversight**:

- Coordinate and manage **daily activity photography** with the Senior Activity Coordinator.
- Maintain a comprehensive archive through **photograph management systems**.
- Capture and document:

- **Events** (academic, cultural, sports, etc.)
- **Annual Functions**:

- Ensure timely and professional photographic coverage of all relevant school happenings.

**3. Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for:

- **School activities**:

- **Special achievements**:

- **Virtual school tours**:

- **School news channel**:

- Produce content for:

- **Special events and assemblies**:

- **Infrastructure showcases**:

- **Annual functions**

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Excellent organizational and archiving abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to branding and visual appeal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
