**Role Description**:
- Crossbeats is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will design, drive, and manage influencer campaigns featuring Crossbeats that engage our audience across numerous social platforms, with an emphasis on establishing brand and community moments for large-scale reach of Crossbeats.
You'll report to the Marketing Manager and must be commutable to our Bangalore office. This role will operate in an office environment with 5 days per week in office
**What You’ll Do**
- Source and manage a customer-influencer pipeline for social media & marketing content, including short and long-term brand ambassadors
- Manage UGC as well as bite-sized content ideation and delivery from influencers
- Set and manage influencer campaign budgets and contracts
- Manage the end-to-end production of customer-influencer content to power large-scale campaigns, including writing scripts and content briefs, providing actionable feedback, and overseeing edits in partnership with the Creative Team
- Identify and collaborate with relevant micro and industry-relevant influencer partners for brand moments and activations across social; scout new talent for events and collaborations with our community
- Drive engagement and build awareness and loyalty for the Crossbeats brand
- Uphold the Crossbeats brand and ensure brand safety by establishing influencer guidelines and best practices

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years dedicated experience in influencer marketing on social media, preferably in the tech space (consumer electronics)
- Proven success growing audiences across various social media platforms with influencer programs & campaigns
- Experience running large-scale social media influencer campaigns and building brand ambassador relationships
- Experience creating influencer content briefs and scripts for video UGC (campaign and idea generation, scripting, content feedback, etc.)
- A passion for social media and deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- A passion for the consumer technology (particularly audio and wearables ) and a deep understanding of their operations and challenges

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
