Factory Incharge

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory
- Supervising employees
- monitoring production
- enforcing safety regulations
- General administration of the factory
- Prepare MIS Reports
- need to ensure that the factory is running efficiently and meeting production targets
- Reporting to immediate manager for implementation and reporting on factory improvements.
- Attending to buyers, quality inspectors, and other factory visitors.
- Working with your team to address unforeseen circumstances such as production delays, absenteeism/worker shortages, machinery breakdowns, etc. This may require presence in the factory beyond regular working hours when the situation calls for it.
- Overall, be a strong team player and a leader who can guide the factory and its staff.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
