We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and drive the day-to-day operations of our brand. As the COO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business and enhancing our brand's presence through effective marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the company, including production, supply chain, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization.
- Work to achieve operational excellence and meet business goals.
- Spearhead social media marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.
- Create and execute effective marketing campaigns, content strategies, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the creative and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Must be Experience of Women/Men's wear garments stitching in Linen and cotton Fabric.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within the fashion industry.
- Strong experience in overseeing day-to-day operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and a deep understanding of market trends.

**Salary**: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
