**Key Roles and Responsibilities**1. **Academic Facilitation**
- Design **integrated lesson plans** focused on experiential and play-based learning.
- Follow **CBSE’s guidelines** and **NCF (National Curriculum Framework)** for early childhood education.

2. **Emotional and Social Development**
- Build a **strong emotional bond** with each student to make them feel safe and supported.
- Address emotional, behavioral, and social needs with care and sensitivity.
- Act as a **bridge between school and home**, helping parents understand and support their child’s development.

3. **Assessment & Observation**
- Use **informal and continuous assessments** (as per CBSE’s CCE system).
- Observe and document student progress in academic, social, and emotional areas.
- Create **student portfolios** and progress reports.

4. **Classroom Management**
- Create a **positive, structured, and joyful classroom environment**.
- Use songs, stories, activities, and play to teach concepts.
- Maintain discipline using **gentle, non-punitive strategies**.

5. **Parent Communication**
- Maintain regular communication with parents via PTMs, diaries, and digital platforms.
- Share strategies for supporting learning at home.
- Act as a **mentor and guide to parents**, especially those of first-time school-goers.

**Qualification**Graduate + D.El.Ed./B.Ed. (preferably with Early Childhood Care training)

**Experience**Preferred in pre-primary or primary teaching

**Core Skills**Patience, empathy, creativity, multitasking, classroom storytelling, child psychology

**Language Proficiency**Fluent in English and local language

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
