Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing oncology care through innovative treatments, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes by translating complex medical concepts into visually compelling and impactful designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:

- Develop visually engaging and innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for

various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, info

graphics, presentations, digital assets, and product label designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, particularly

for product labelling, while conveying key messaging effectively to target audiences.

Digital Design:

- Create eye-catching digital assets for online platforms, including website graphics,
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize designs for online visibility

and engagement.

Print Production:

- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality

output for printed materials, including product labels.
- Maintain knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and industry standards to ensure

optimal print results.

Creative Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management,

and Regulatory Affairs, to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet

business needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance

marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Brand Management:

- Uphold brand consistency across all design assets and communications, ensuring

alignment with visual identity and brand values.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to facilitate cohesive

brand representation.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and

deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project

updates, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or

agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other

relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout

techniques.
- Excellent creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
