**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat patients with critical and emergency medical conditions.
- Monitor and manage ICU patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing and support staff for effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Certification or training in ICU management is mandatory.
- Minimum [Specify experience if needed, e.g., 1-2 years] of experience in ICU or critical care is preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.

**Work Schedule & Benefits**:

- **Shift**: 12-hour shift schedule.
- **Salary**: ₹80,000 to ₹90,000 per month.
- **Accommodation**: In-house accommodation is provided.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹93,044.39 per month
