Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online platforms, such as freelancing websites, job portals, and social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to secure new projects and clients by bidding on relevant projects and effectively communicating our company's value proposition to potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and analyze potential projects and clients through online platforms (like GURU/ UPWORK ).

Prepare and submit compelling bids, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.

Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into clients.

Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our company's services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for acquiring new projects and clients.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Online Bidder or a similar role in the IT industry.

Strong knowledge of various online platforms and bidding processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
