**What you will do**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of benefits specialists.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Provide education and guidance to colleagues on benefits processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries for other Internal teams.
- Resolve complex benefits-related issues and escalate as necessary.
- Oversee the daily operations of the benefits administration team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant US Insurance laws
- Manage the accuracy and efficiency of enrollments, changes, updates, and termination of benefits.
- Maintain relationships with Trinet partners and other benefits vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with vendors regarding client issues.
- Generate and analyze reports on platform utilization and performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of benefits processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
**Education Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
**Experience Qualifications**
- Typically 3+ years in a product operations, customer service, or similar role required
- Typically 1+ years Previous experience in a Team Lead role is preferred preferred
**Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Solution oriented and proactive approach to tackling issues, with an ability to identify new opportunities, synthesize information quickly, and prioritize effectively to increase efficiency.
- Excellent written/oral communication with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external contacts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, ownership of work, and tremendous project/time management skills
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Experience in optimizing processes and increasing efficiency
- Knowledge in US Health Insurance
