We offer our engineers opportunities to be involved in new process and innovations. As a Mechanical Engineer, you would be based at our office **(M3J Technical Services)** in **Vadodara, Gujarat, India**, and would support our office in Downers Grove, Illinois, USA.

Consolidated job responsibilities & requirements as follows:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design custom engineered equipment
- Lead mechanical projects and manage a team throughout the project
- Mentor other engineers and designers on best practices for machine design
- Perform mechanical design calculations
- Create/modify/update all mechanical drawings and BOM’s (Bill of Materials)
- Troubleshoot and devise creative solutions to engineering problems.
- Maintain healthy work and customer relationships
- Participate in brainstorming and design reviews
- Issue and complete ECN’s (Engineering Change Notice)

**Requirements**:

- BDME or Diploma in ME
- Excellent computer skills, including 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred), AutoCAD 2D, Office
- GD&T experience is preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills in a team-oriented environment
- Can work independently and has excellent organization and communication skills
- Machining/fabrication background is a plus

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

Pay: ₹13,964.88 - ₹54,505.16 per month
