**Job Duties**:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, to coordinating and conducting interviews.
- Short listing resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, etc.
- Be able to provide market intelligence for key skills
- Excellent understanding of the engineering industry from a recruiter standpoint.

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Engineering related studies
- 3- 6 years of recruiting experience in Recruitment.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills needed;
- Multi-tasking, Pro-active attitude, detail-oriented, technical knowledge with the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

**Salary**: ₹8,342.50 - ₹26,863.73 per month

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madurai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
