Dr. Bharti’s Holistic Wellness is looking for a **dynamic and empathetic Medical Tele caller** to join our team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Science background (preferred: medical, nursing, or allied health)
- Basic medical knowledge to explain treatments confidently
- Excellent communication skills in **both English and Hindi**:

- Strong convincing ability and patient-handling skills
- Good computer and documentation knowledge

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding treatments and appointments
- Explain holistic treatment programs to patients
- Follow up with existing patients and maintain records
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for scheduling

**Salary**: As per experience and performance
