**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Teaching**:

- Teach English language and literature to students from Classes 6 to 12.
- Develop a strong understanding of grammar, writing skills, and literary texts among students.
- Enhance students’ proficiency in English speaking and writing.
- **Lesson Planning**:

- Prepare monthly and yearly lesson plans as per the curriculum.
- Monitor and maintain records of students’ academic progress.
- **Co-curricular Activities**:

- Encourage students to participate in debates, speeches, essay writing, and other co-curricular activities.
- Prepare question papers and evaluate examination performance.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Create online teaching materials using smartphones and computers.
- Facilitate teacher-student communication through digital platforms.
- **Discipline and Leadership**:

- Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment for students.
- Interact with parents and address their concerns effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English (B.A./M.A. in English).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of smartphones, computers, and digital teaching tools.
