The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, furniture, and fixtures required for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting project timelines.

**1. Procurement & Sourcing**
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for interior materials such as plywood, laminates, veneers, glass, hardware, paints, lighting, furniture, and décor items.
- Request quotations (RFQs), compare prices, and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure order accuracy in terms of quantity, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance (quality, price, delivery, and service).

**2. Coordination & Project Support**
- Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites to avoid project delays.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.

**3. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure procurement processes align with company policies and audit requirements.
- Support in vendor registration, payment processing, and documentation.

**4. Cost Control & Reporting**
- Monitor purchase budgets and cost efficiency.
- Prepare regular purchase reports, cost analysis, and vendor performance summa

Pay: ₹11,508.43 - ₹35,014.99 per month
