Housekeeping Supervisor

**Team Supervision**:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and allocate tasks to staff.
- Ensure team members adhere to established cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to maintain high standards.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Address and resolve housekeeping issues, including maintenance and repair needs.
- Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment, supplies, and inventory.
- **Guest Service**:

- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent quality.
- **Hygiene & Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment safety.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain housekeeping records, including attendance, checklists, and incident reports.
- Provide daily reports to the Operations or General Manager on housekeeping activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (experience in hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments preferred).
- **Education**:

- High school diploma; certification in hospitality or housekeeping management is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to handle and resolve complaints effectively.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
