**Job Title**: English Trainer
**Location**: Mr9 Indore Madhya Pradesh
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting English language training sessions for students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Creating lesson plans and teaching materials based on student needs.
- Assessing and evaluating students' progress through tests, assignments, and discussions.
- Providing constructive feedback to students and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Organizing interactive activities to enhance students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Maintaining records of students' attendance and performance.
- Ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborating with other instructors and staff to improve teaching methods and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in a formal classroom setting.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to work with students of various backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of modern teaching methods and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- Ability to use technology for educational purposes (e.g., online platforms, multimedia tools).
