**EHS -**
- Ensure reduction in minor & major accidents as per defined target by complying to EHS guldelines.
- Impart training to APP/EPP, staff awareness, MSDS Awareness, MSDS Awareness & fire fighting.
- To conduct mock drills at regular intervals and decide upon type of emergency on which mock drill to be conduct as per DSEP, to monitor the response time of First Aid & Fire Fighting team to act as a incident controller, to monitor the head count during Mock drill to check respond time of ambulance and awareness of ambulance driver, to apprise sight controller about the Mock drill BEING Conducted to prepare Mock drill report.
- To carry out plant safety Inspection in order to eliminate unsafe act & unsafe work condition.
- To ensure proper communication to Govt. bodies.
- Ensure prevention of ETP plant failure.
- Ensure zero accident & get near misses data from department to make accidents zero.
- To conduct safety committee meeting and other safety promoting activities.
- To prepare safety budget & ensure safety equipment are adequate for the requirement of the company.
- He will execute the duties as mentioned in site emergency plan.
- Ensure Hazardous waste / Non Hazardous waste are recorded and stored in designated place as mentioned in DCP’s.
- Ensure that First Aid trained personnel are available in every shift.
- To implement & execute EHS norms.
- Ensure All Departments EAIA & HIRA are maintained as per EHS policy Manual.
- Ensure Form 3 is filled by concern department & total waste to reflected I Form 10.
- To implement LOTO system.
- Conduct Safety tool box meeting in all departments.
- Ensure correct disposal of Hazardous waste through registered agency.
- Safety promotional activities like organizing national safety week, Fire Safety day etc..
- Elimination / Reduction of Hazardous material like MTO.
- Ensure ETP records updated & ensure ETP operator undergoes required medical test.
- Ensuring that the OH&S management system conforms to requirements of this document.
- Reporting on the performance of the OH&S management system to top management.
- To establish, implement & maintain a process (es) for consultation and participation of workers at all applicable levels and functions, and where they exist, worker’s representatives, in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actons for improvement of the OH&S management system.
- Ensure CSR are fully met & surpassed in line with customer requirement and actions are timely taken.
- Ensure adherence of COVID related compliance Follow all COVID related guidelines issued by management, Govt. body etc.. take regular review of COVID positive cases, do regular COVID safety audit.
