**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute placement strategies to place students in top digital marketing companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Work with faculty to develop and enhance the curriculum to ensure students are well-prepared for the job market.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for students on resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students.
- Organize job fairs and networking events for students to meet with potential employers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the institute and its students to potential employers.
- Track and report on placement statistics to monitor success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the job market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- **At least 5 years of experience in a placement or career services role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.**:

- A strong network of contacts in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of job search strategies, resume writing, and interview skills.
- Passion for helping students succeed in their careers.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing Agency: 5 years (preferred)
- Placement Coordinator: 5 years (preferred)
