**Role Purpose**

The post holder is responsible for assigning examiners based on test center needs and availability, ensuring adherence to PSN rules. They will also manage queries from examiners and test centers to support a smooth testing process. All Examiner Hub operations must meet high standards and comply with internal policies and external regulations.

**Role Accountabilities**

The role involves implementing standardized procedures to ensure efficient planning, scheduling, and logístical coordination that meet operational milestones. The post holder manages examiner and test center queries, maintains inboxes, and provides excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively. They build strong working relationships across teams, support external events, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. The role includes regular reporting, data accuracy, and supporting informed decision-making through updated management information. Additionally, they contribute to effective resource and budget management, support examiner performance and training, and help coordinate tasks to meet marking deadlines while maintaining high service standards.

**Further Information**

Language: Strong English proficiency is crucial for this role, requiring fluency in both written and spoken communication to effectively navigate British Council systems and international operations.

Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.

Work Schedule: This is a 24/7 on-site role with rotating shifts, including night shifts. The position offers two days off per week, which may not always fall on weekends. Flexibility and adaptability to a continuous shift-based environment are essential.
