**Cosmetologist Job Description**

The Senior Cosmetologist will be accountable to deliver superior product formulations for hair care and skin care products Building organizational excellence and achieving operational and financial goals.

**SENIOR COSMETOLOGIST RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Working closely with the Founder/CEO, lead all aspects of product development and formulation in the business including:
Development of strategic plans and systems and processes to ensure quality production of plant-based body care products

Effectively support staff to ensure a collaborative and inspiring work environment

Overall management of production and testing lab.

Formulate, research, test, stabilize, troubleshoot, and validate specifications on projects
- Develop formulas using customer briefs and direction by understanding the balance between cost, claims, and functionality.
- Develop new products from scratch; and improve upon and scale up existing batches.
- Troubleshoot product or process problems.
- Stay current on developments in the cosmetic industry and establish systems for performance improvement.
- Understand consumer insights related to product development and experience in assessing and developing intellectual property.
- Research new products, and chemistry, to aid in innovation and drive new business opportunities
- Experience with regulatory requirements as it pertains to cosmetic/personal care formulation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Display a sense of urgency and initiative with creativity and flexibility.
- Able to collaborate and support process engineering
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow all GMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety requirements
- Manage all internal and external testing.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
