Job Title: Production Executive - Isharya & Indinoor

Department: Production Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Manager - Sourcing & Production Merchandising Period: FY 2025-26
Role Summary

Responsible for end-to-end execution of production operations across Isharya and Indinoor product lines — from sample readiness to final handover. The role includes GRN creation, SKU generation, repairs management, invoice follow-up, and coordination with QC, warehouse, and accounts teams. The individual must ensure accurate counting of goods, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate with local logistics partners for timely dispatches and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities

1. Production Coordination
- Manage daily production activities for Isharya and Indinoor across new and repeat orders.
- Track vendor timelines, production status, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

2. GRN & SKU Management
- Prepare GRNs for all incoming shipments with 100% quantity and quality verification.
- Generate accurate SKU codes for new developments ensuring alignment with system standards.

3. Counting & Verification
- Accurately count all goods received from vendors before GRN entry.
- Verify the finish quality in coordination with the QC team before warehouse handover.

4. Vendor & Invoice Coordination
- Follow up with vendors for timely invoice submission and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain invoice tracking records and liaise with the accounts department for invoice submissions.

5. Repairs Management
- Manage and track repairs for customer and warehouse pieces.
- Ensure all repairs are completed within the defined turnaround time (7-10 working days).

6. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with local logistics and courier partners for on-time dispatch and delivery of goods to the Mumbai office or Jaipur office.
- Maintain dispatch documentation including challans, manifests, and delivery acknowledgments.

7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate production and GRN documentation for audits and internal tracking.
- Share weekly status updates on production progress, repairs, and dispatches with the manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy in GRN, SKU, and stock counting
- On-time production and dispatch completion
- No discrepancy between physical and system stock
- Invoice submission and payment coordination within monthly cycle
- 100% repair closure within defined TAT
- Zero dispatch delays due to coordination lapses
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of jewellery production and assembly processes (casting, plating, stone setting)
- Must possess advanced Excel and ERP proficiency.
- High attention to detail, counting accuracy, and QC standards
- Strong communication and follow-up with vendors and logistics partners
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask under tight timelines

Pay: ₹20,346.47 - ₹23,380.33 per month
