**Job summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Conceptual Design Development**: Create and develop interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project specifications across various sectors including real estate, airports, and industrial settings.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate interior designs with overall project plans, ensuring cohesion and functionality.
- **Space Planning**: Design and implement spatial layouts that optimize the use of space while ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
- **Material and Finish Selection**: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project budget and aesthetic goals for diverse environments.
- **Client Presentations and Approvals**: Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs for approval.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 9-14 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record in sectors such as real estate, airports, residential, institutional, and industrial.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A specialization in Interior Design is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, with the ability to produce detailed drawings and renderings.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Experience with sustainable design practices
