Job Summary:
We are looking a Data Modeler who will manage and oversee all activities that define client business data assets in alignment with Client Data & Analytics Strategy to respond to disruptive forces and move toward desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for discovering the data and analytics requirements for all uses as well as use logical and analytical thinking to come up with creative and innovative database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- In depth understanding of data warehouse design (including dimensional modelling, data vault, star schema and snowflake schema).
- Make / adjust designs on fly with proper justification
- Experience in designing data models (visio, Erwin).
- Make mapping documents and present to ETL and testing team so that they can start implementation.
- Interact with other architects and business stake holders to gather and validate requirements and to get signoffs.
- Manage multiple initiatives / projects from start till end.
- Maximize value derived from data and analytics.
- Surface data priority.
- Enable enterprise data management.
- Secure data and analytic assets and improve Datahub performance.
- Experience in data architecture and solution design.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT with at least three years in information system design or data architecture work.
- Degree preferably in computer science, information systems or a related study.
- In-depth experience of designing and implementing information solutions and database structure principles (transactional modeleing, dimensional modelling - start schema, data vault).
- Strong leadership skills and people management experience working across culture able to inspire your team to the agenda and coach and improve performance.
- Hands-on experience with implementing data and analytics management programs is preferred.
- You will have the ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, as well as determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers.
- You will have the following business skills: strategic thinker, analytical thinking, problem solving, resilient, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, results focused.
