**Responsibilities**:
As a Graphic Designer at Traction Shastra, your primary responsibilities will include:
**Graphic Design**: Designing visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums, including but not limited to social media posts, websites, brochures, and marketing materials.

**Adobe Creative Suite**: Demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

**Conceptualization**: Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual designs.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensuring brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.

**Meeting Deadlines**: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work within established timelines.

**Feedback Incorporation**: Receiving feedback from team members and clients and making revisions as necessary to meet their expectations.

**Self-Motivation**: Working independently, staying organized, and proactively seeking opportunities to improve design processes and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

Experience with video editing and creating graphic videos is a must.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Self-motivated and capable of managing time efficiently in a remote work environment.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

An assignment: Create a sketch and a digital copy of that sketch based on a provided prompt.
