**Job Responsibilities-**

Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for targeted campaigns.
- Analyze competitors to identify opportunities and formulate action plans.

On-Page Optimization
- Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking to improve crawlability and rankings.
- Ensure the website adheres to SEO best practices, including mobile-friendliness and page load speed.
- Implement schema markup and structured data for improved search engine understanding.

Off-Page Optimization
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
- Monitor and manage backlinks to ensure quality and compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Build relationships with industry influencers and publishers to support outreach efforts.

Technical SEO
- Conduct site audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting organic performance.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical fixes and SEO recommendations.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and ensure the website complies with evolving search engine guidelines.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript is a plus
- A good understanding of UX/UI design principles relevant to SEO

Content Optimization
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.
- Monitor the performance of existing content and suggest updates to boost rankings and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare performance reports and present findings to stakeholders or management.

Team Collaboration
- Guide and mentor junior SEO team members.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with PPC and social media teams to create a cohesive digital strategy.

Continuous Learning
- Stay informed about SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
- Experiment with new tools, techniques, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications-**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
