**Responsibilities**
- Sales - Handling Sourcing of Gold Loan custoemer through branches ,Phone banking ,open market ,Cross sell initiatives
- Ensuring that time lines of disbursal are met
- Followup and execution of Central Marketing initiative
- Managing team of around 5 FOS and 2 Coex
- Ensuring the team productivity

**Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): Gold Loan Experience, DSA & DST Handling, Branch Sales.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive or Management.
- Sourcing of business from various channels like Branch,PO,DSA,Phone banking and increasing further distribution channel.

Having experience in channel tie-ups and cross selling.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION **Any Graduate

**CTC Range** - 4 lkh ~ 8 lkh
