**About Us**: We are building a patient-first heartcare program that provides preventive and rehabilitative, non-invasive treatment to cardiac patients. With over 25 years of experience, SAAOL is an established brand within non-invasive heart treatment, and currently operates 100+ centres across the country. Our treatment portfolio includes FDA approved EECP treatment, lifestyle education, diet consultation, and medical consultation.

**We are looking for a Floor Supervisor who can manage the day to day operations of the center including staff and patient flows. Floor Manager duties include managing staff, scheduling shifts, inventory management and (non-medical) patient care.**

Primary Responsibilities would include
- Supervise technicians/nurses to consistently deliver high-value experiences to the patients
- Handle any patient related issues on the floor appropriately and in a timely manner with the help of customer support manager; all aspects of the patient's experience.
- Manage floor operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure quality service to customers. Ensure optimum levels of floor inventory
- Manage organisation and cleanliness of the centre.
- Monitor performance of Nurses, technicians, front desk representatives and helpers to assure all treatments meet high-quality benchmarks
- Serve as point of contact to resolve any escalated issues

We are looking for someone who has
- At least 2 years of prior work experience
- Must be experienced in the Healthcare or Hospital industry.
- Managed team in previous organisations
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
