**About Sunland**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and practice materials aligned with the latest PTE and IELTS exam patterns.
- Conduct engaging, interactive classroom and virtual sessions using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or LMS platforms.
- Administer mock tests, evaluate performance, and provide detailed feedback to help students improve.
- Track student progress through regular assessments and generate performance reports.
- Organize supplementary workshops, speaking clubs, and remedial sessions to address specific skill gaps.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions and operations teams to ensure seamless student support.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience training students for PTE Academic and IELTS.
- CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent English teaching certification preferred.
- Proven ability to create high-quality instructional materials and assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a student-centric approach.
