Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Encourage customers to participate in store events, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- **Set Up Displays**:

- Design and arrange promotional displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and in compliance with company guidelines.
- Update displays regularly to reflect new promotions and seasonal offers.
- **Product Demonstrations**:

- Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and usage of featured products.
- Ensure customers understand how to use products and the value they offer.
- **Maintain Knowledge of Products**:

- Stay informed about current promotions, new product releases, and store policies.
- Attend training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of featured products and sales strategies.
- **Collaborate with Store Management**:

- Work closely with store managers and department heads to plan and implement promotions.
- Provide feedback on customer reactions to promotions and suggest improvements.

Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
