Area Sales Executive

**Job Title: Area Sales Officer - Ludhiana**
**Location**: Ludhiana
**Experience**: 3-4 Years
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Ludhiana territory.
- Handle **General Trade (GT)** and **Modern Trade (MT)** accounts effectively.
- Appoint and manage distributors, ensuring proper stock movement and secondary sales.
- Drive primary and secondary sales targets and improve brand presence across the region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Regular market visits to assess demand, competitor activities, and market potential.
- Collect and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, marketing, and the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred); MBA in Sales/Marketing will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or related industry in a field sales role.
- Strong knowledge of **Modern Trade and General Trade** practices.
- Hands-on experience in **distributor appointment, handling, and performance management**.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and reporting).
