**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Demand Forecasting**: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to gather information and forecast demand for products.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, identifying potential shortages, and placing timely orders to suppliers.
- **Production Planning**: Develop and maintain production schedules that align with demand forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to procurement.
- **Collaboration with Production Team**: Coordinate with the production team to prioritize and schedule manufacturing activities, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements in material procurement, inventory management, and production planning.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, production schedules, and other relevant data. Generate reports as needed for analysis and decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in material planning, production planning, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
