**Job Summary**

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for promoting our products /services, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Cultivate client relationships for repeat business.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
- Should be able to assist warehouse executive in case needed.
- Should be able to travel local/outstations for sales and marketing purposes.

**Skills**
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Experience in Digital Marketing is advantage.

**Other Details**

1) Days of Work : Monday to Saturday

2) Hours of Works : 9am to 6pm

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
