Known as CGI Visualiser or Property Render Artist - this person will turn architectural models into photo-realistic images of apartment property developments that can be used for marketing purposes.

**Role: - Property Render with CGI**

**Responsibilities**:

- To be able to commence the visualization process, an architect’s model needs to be cleaned up. We require someone who is able to do this to a high standard confidently, but during busier periods, we will outsource this task so that our artist can focus on the visualization part of the role.
- Not essential but a bonus to be able to model from scratch - whether it be furniture or joinery for example.
- Determining marketable camera angles for each CGI, whereby the best details and finishes are showcased in the best possible frame.
- Excellent visualization skills whereby lighting and textures are applied to create a photorealistic finish.
- Ability to produce exterior and interior CGIs to a consistently high standard.
- Ability to improvise with interior styling whether there is an interior styling brief or not. This includes producing mood boards through the likes of Mid Journey AI for example, and then effectively sourcing and placing the furniture and decor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architectural qualification is a bonus, but ultimately an excellent portfolio of authenticated personal work will be the deciding factor.

- Efficient
- Great communicator - in terms of keeping the team informed, being able to confidently ask questions to get the required understanding of a job, being able to manage up before risks become problems, and being able to “sell” one's thinking and work.
- Commerciality -always thinking about the best way to “sell” a project to be able to propose the best camera angles strategically.
- No ego - we are an agency that is KPId on how many apartments our marketing work sells. The level of craftsmanship of our design and CGI work is very high, but marketing strategy is more important than artistry. We need a CGI artist who does not put artistry before the marketing needs of the project.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CGI Visualiser, with demonstrated experience in the Australian Market.
- Prior Work experience in-house at an architect firm and agency side.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
