**Minimum Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Experience & Skills Required:
=> 5+ years managing Digital End User Infrastructure, Systems, and Virtual Infrastructure in large production environments.
=> Expertise in Nexthink—advanced monitoring, designing, implementation, patching, troubleshooting, and customization.
=>Proven experience integrating Nexthink with platforms like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Azure, AWS, VMWare, and more.
=>Comprehensive experience with End User Computing, Client Devices, Enterprise Systems, Databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
=>Experience in Nexthink HA/DR implementation and administration.
=>Good knowledge of Digital & Cybersecurity service management processes.

**Certifications**:
Nexthink Professional Certification
Microsoft Certification (a plus)
