JOB DESCRIPTION - FRONT DESK Full Time/Part Time
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Checks-in patient on the software system
- Arrives to work on reporting time in appropriate work wear
- Helps new patient with initial evaluation paperwork
- Answers questions regarding payment
- Receives payment and logs it in the software system
- Maintains patient paperwork
- Logs in referrals and leads
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries to the manager
- Maintains daily visit logbook
- Checks up on patients/clients arriving late
- Re-schedules cancelled visits
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Should be comfortable writing and speaking in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Should be comfortable working on a Computer and smartphone
- Should be professional and must be able to communicate well with other co-workers
- Should know how to work with MS-Excel, experience working with software is a plus point
- Previous experience working in a health care set up is a plus point.

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per year
