Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Coordinate and manage software development projects from inception to completion. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and communicate progress to the development team. Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks and resource allocation. Maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment. Client Management: Interact with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Keep clients informed about project status, updates, and potential issues. Record Maintenance: Create and maintain detailed records of ongoing, completed, and projects under maintenance. Develop and manage a comprehensive database of project-related information. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through research and networking. Collaborate with the sales team to expand the client base. Follow-ups and Updates: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns. Provide timely updates to clients on project progress and anticipated milestones. Social Media Management: Maintain and update the company's social media profiles to enhance online presence. Create engaging content to showcase the company's achievements and capabilities. Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in project management tools and office software. Familiarity with social media platforms. Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
