- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on visa rules, regulations, and embassy requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in visa processing (experience in a forex or travel agency is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with international travel guidelines and embassy processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
