**Job Title**: Telecaller - Minimum 1 Year Experience

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic **Telecaller** with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The role is based at the client location and requires excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call/conversion targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure closures.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Inside Sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills in **English/Tamil**(as required).
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office and CRM tools**.
- Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
