Wanted: Female Preschool Teacher

We are seeking an active, adaptive, hard-working teacher who loves working with children and is open to learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Planning**:

- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans to promote cognitive and social development.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create a well-organized, welcoming classroom environment.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules and routines.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere encouraging cooperation and respect among students.

**Individualized Instruction**:

- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
- Identify and address developmental or behavioral concerns.
- Offer additional support or enrichment activities as needed.

**Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to share ideas and best practices.

**Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom activities and outdoor play.
- Administer basic first aid and maintain records of health-related issues.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Montessori training preferred)
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with young children
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and classroom management abilities

**Benefits**:
