Peb Detailer

**Job Definition**:
This is a full-time on-site role as a PEB Detailer. The PEB Detailer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the detailing of Pre-Engineered Buildings. This includes creating detailed drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, preparing bill of materials, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

**Roles and Responsiblities**:
I. Prepares erection drawings, shop details and Bill of Materials (BOM) for buildings according to information contained in the PIS, design calculations, Detailing guidelines and ZS STD Detailing Manual.

II. Coordinates with the Design Engineer and Manager on any questions or difficulties he might encounter during his work,

III. Plans to finish work according to assigned schedules, and gives early warnings to the Manager (Detailing), if schedules cannot be met.

IV. Corrects any errors found, and implements instructions provided by the Manager (Detailing), or Detailing Checker after his job has been checked.

V. Prepares Engineering Release Transmittal for erection drawings, shop details and BOM

VI. Be responsible for answering shop queries and site claims by providing revised documents along with Detailing Checker.

**Qualification and Experience**:
a. A degree in civil engineering or diploma in civil engineering.

b. 3- 4 years experience in pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, fabrication, and erection projects.

c. Knowledge of material specifications and properties.

d. Proficiency in related softwares.

Experience with AISC standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
