Terms and Conditions

1. Employment Details

1.1 The Driver is appointed as the personal driver for the Managing Director of Synergy Corporation.

1.2 The primary responsibilities include:

- Driving the Managing Director and designated guests as per schedules provided.
- Keeping the vehicle clean daily and checking fuel and fluid levels.
- Greeting guests courteously by saying “Good Morning” or “Good Evening.”
- Assisting guests with luggage and ensuring proper handling.
- Opening and closing vehicle doors for guests.
- Maintaining a professional appearance by wearing the office-prescribed uniform and proper shoes.

2. Work Hours and Leave Policy

2.1 The Driver is entitled to four (4) weekly offs per month.

2.2 Additional leave beyond entitlement will result in salary deductions. Advance notice must be provided for any leave.

2.3 Leave will also be granted on major holidays such as Diwali, Ganesh Puja, etc.

3. Salary and Benefits

3.1 The Driver will be paid a monthly salary of ₹25,000.

3.2 For outstation duties, the Driver will receive ₹1,000 per day to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Accommodation will be provided if available. If not available, the Driver will stay in the vehicle to ensure its safety.

4. Vehicle and Documentation Responsibilities

4.1 The Driver must ensure the vehicle is cleaned daily and maintained in good condition.

4.2 All necessary documents must always be kept in the vehicle.

4.3 No strangers or unauthorized individuals are allowed in the vehicle at any time.

5. Conduct and Professionalism

5.1 The Driver must display courtesy to guests and follow all instructions provided by the Employer.

5.2 The Driver is responsible for late-night pickups and drop-offs, including airport transfers.

5.3 Appropriate uniform and shoes must be worn at all times during work hours.

6. Vehicle Maintenance

6.1 The Driver is responsible for ensuring timely maintenance of the vehicle.

6.2 The Driver must properly care for all three vehicles owned by the company: Mercedes GLS, MG Hector, and Maruti Ciaz.

7. Medical Policy

The Driver will be provided with medical insurance by the Company.

8. Termination and Notice

8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with a 30-day written notice.

8.2 The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately for misconduct, negligence, or breach of terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country].

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
