**Job Summary**:
The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of materials, furniture, finishes, and services for interior design and fit-out projects. The role ensures that all procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with project quality and specification requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for project materials and FF&E.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with Design teams.
- Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases regularly.
- Monitor material quality, pricing, and compliance with project standards.
- Support cost control initiatives and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Procurement, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of procurement experience in the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
