Job Title: TGT English Teacher

Location: Navodaya Central School, Raichur

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Teach English language and literature to students in Grades 6-10 as per the CBSE curriculum.

Develop and implement creative lesson plans that enhance reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.

Use innovative teaching methodologies to make learning interactive and effective.

Evaluate and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and activities.

Encourage students’ participation in literary activities, debates, and other co-curricular programs.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, workshops, and training programs.

Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic performance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred)

Strong knowledge of English grammar, literature, and pedagogy

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Proficiency in using technology for teaching and assessments

Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
