AutoCAD, Applicable local codes and standards, State/province Commercial availability and cost of materials Planning and zoning process Engineering Drawing Practices Industry standard computer software for the position

To assist in delivering engineering solutions to the Rail Civils department To provide technical support to the senior and principal engineers Planning and production of engineering design and detail in accordance with the supplier’s quality management system for Rail civil Engineering projects Supervision of design staff, checking of design calculations and drawings Monitoring of site investigation and construction works Preparation of technical notes and engineering reports Mentoring of graduate/junior engineers Chartered member of the Institute of Civil Engineers or Institution of Structural Engineers To provide guidance and assistance to apprentices and new graduates You will work within project teams and will report to Project Managers Lead detailed design for civil projects and coordinate calculations, reports, specifications and drawings.

Should be worked as CADD Designer in real estate industry.

Should have work in finding FMB sketch through layouts.

Need to prepare layout & CADD Desgins and do presentation as per the Norms.

Need to Co-ordinate with liasion department is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
