**Job Summary**

We are looking for a professional and personable **Front Desk Executive (Female)** with at least 2 years of relevant experience to manage our front office operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for handling front office activities with efficiency and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests/clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
- Handle mail, courier, and deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in front office/reception or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in a corporate or hospitality setup is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Local Language.
