- Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal, correct imperfections, and achieve desired artistic effects while maintaining authenticity.
- Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and other team members to achieve cohesive visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Manage and organize a large volume of digital assets, including raw image files, edited photos, and archives, using digital asset management systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in photo editing and visual storytelling.
- Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deadlines while delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback as needed.
- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and usage rights when sourcing or using third-party images and assets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creative vision.
- Proficiency in industry-standard photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Bridge.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in editing styles and brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and file organization best practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of copyright laws, image licensing, and usage rights is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹9,030.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month
